Jazmine Sullivan

JazmineJazmine Marie (b. April 9, 1987), is an American R&B/Soul singer. Fearless Jazmine Sullivan's debut album was recorded in Philadelphia. It topped Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and was made platinum by Recording Industry Association of America. It spawned four singles, which included "Need U Better" and "Bust Your Window", both of which placed in the top 40 in the Billboard Hot 100 chart; the former became Sullivan's first as well as the first single to top the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. The second album of Sullivan, Love Me Back in 2010, followed. It received a positive reception by the critics. Following a gap of 3 decades, Sullivan signed with RCA Records. In the year 2015 she debuted Reality Show, her first studio album. It became her first to make it to the top spot in the Top R&B Albums Charts. The album was released in 2021. her critically acclaimed EP Heaux Tales which has the track "Pick Up Your emotions". Sullivan has received 2 Grammy Awards, a Billboard Women in Music Award, two Soul Train Music Awards, three NAACP Image Awards, and two BET Awards throughout the span of her professional career. Time named her one of their Top 100 Influential People in 2022.
