Meredith Salenger

Salenger was raised and born within Malibu, California. Her passion for acting was performing in front of her family and friends when she was a young child. The mother of her child took her to her first acting class at the age of eight old. In the John Huston-directed feature Annie in which she was a small role in which she was identified as an "singing and dancing orphan". Salenger performed a number of television commercials. Salenger had her first leading role as a lead actress in The Journey of Natty Gann, a Disney film starring John Cusack with Ray Wise. The film was the first US film to win the Gold Award at the Moscow Film Festival. The film was named "Best actor in drama" from the Youth in Film Awards, for her performance as the youthful Natty. When she was 18 she also acted in four films, including A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon. Then she moved to Harvard for the purpose of continuing her studies. Meredith Meredith Meredith
